FAQ about CANON IR C4080 from Hotsun Imaging Products Co., Ltd. 

When plugging in and turning on the copier machine, some error code will display and the machine stop working. After searching the Internet and doing some research, Hotsun Imaging Products Co., Ltd. would like to share some experience about the reason and resolution of the error code. Welcome check the FAQ of CANON copiers.
1. Error Code:  E000751-1411
   Reason: Abnormal connection of the drum unit or a memory PCB fault.
Resolution: Check the connection of the drum unit. / Replace the drum unit or to Open, Inspect, Clean (carefully),Close Up the machine, and Try Again.
2. Error Code:  E751-0011/ E751-0012/ E751-0013/ E751-0014
  Reason: Abnormal connection of the drum unit (Abnormal condition on the printer side)
Resolution: Check the connection of the drum unit. / Replace the drum unit.
3. Error Code:  E751-0121/ E751-0122/ E751-0123/ E751-0124/
  Reason: Write error of the built-in memory in the drum unit.
Resolution: Check the connection of the drum unit. / Replace the drum unit.
4. Error Code:  E751-0211/ E751-0212/ E751-0213/ E751-0214/
  Reason: Data error of the built-in memory in the drum unit.
Resolution: Check the connection of the drum unit. / Replace the drum unit.
5. Error Code:  E751-0411/ E751-0412/ E751-0413/ E751-0414/
  Reason: CRC mismatch error in the drum unit.
Resolution: Check the connection of the drum unit. / Replace the drum unit.
6. Error Code:  E751-1011/ E751-1012/ E751-1013/ E751-1014/
  Reason: Abnormal connection of the toner bottle (Abnormal condition on the printer side).
Resolution: Check the connection of the toner bottle. / Replace the toner bottle.
7. Error Code:  E751-1121/ E751-1122/ E751-1123/ E751-1124/
  Reason: Write error of the built-in memory in the toner bottle.
Resolution: Check the connection of the toner bottle. / Replace the toner bottle.
8. Error Code:  E751-1211/ E751-1212/ E751-1213/ E751-1214/
  Reason: Data error of the built-in memory in the toner bottle.
Resolution: Check the connection of the toner bottle. / Replace the toner bottle.
9. Error Code:  E751-1411/ E751-1412/ E751-1413/ E751-1414/
  Reason: CRC mismatch error in the toner bottle
Resolution: Check the connection of the toner bottle. / Replace the toner bottle.
10. Error Code:  E751-1511/ E751-1512/ E751-1513/ E751-1514/
  Reason: Toner bottle communication error.
Resolution: Check the connection of the toner bottle. / Replace the toner bottle.
11. Error Code:  E751-9000
   Reason: "24V down" was detected during communication with the drum unit or toner container. (The color cannot be identified.)
Resolution: Check the power supply output of 24V series on the main power supply PCB.
